Ingredients:1 cup long grain rice1 can (10 1/2 oz size) beef broth1 tablespoon teriyaki marinade or soy sauce1 cup waterSalt and pepper to taste2 tablespoons butter
***Stir in***1/2 cup finely chopped green onions1 egg, which has been scrambled and cooked in1 tablespoon butter1/4 cup toasted slivered almonds6 strips bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled
Directions:
Combine all the rice ingredients in a pan. Cover and simmer mixture until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. When rice is cooked, add stir ins. Toss everything together until nicely blended.
